Who we are

What data we process
We keep data collection to a minimum. In operating this website we may process:
- Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, pages visited, timestamps and referrers recorded in server logs for security and reliability.
- Contact data: if you email or call us, we will process your name, contact details and the contents of your message so we can reply.
- Third‑party assets: we load Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) to display typography. Your IP address is shared with those services to deliver the fonts. See our Cookies page for details.
- Booking widget (conditional): if you visit our booking page and accept non‑essential cookies, a third‑party scheduling widget may set functional cookies and process technical data to deliver the booking service. It may also collect appointment details you enter (such as your name, email and preferred time) so we can schedule with you.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site.
Why we use your data (lawful bases)
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure and improve the site; to respond to enquiries.
- Pre‑contractual steps / contract: to discuss or provide services you ask us about.
- Legal obligations: to keep records where required by law.
How long we keep data
- Server logs: typically 30–90 days, unless we need them longer to investigate security incidents.
- Enquiries: up to 24 months from last contact, or longer where needed for legal claims.
Where lawful and appropriate, we will delete server logs and enquiry correspondence earlier when no longer needed or upon justified request.
Sharing and international transfers
We use service providers to host this site and deliver assets (for example, Google Fonts). If you choose to use our booking page and consent to non‑essential cookies there, we also use a third‑party scheduling provider to deliver that service. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA with appropriate safeguards such as UK/EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
We use TLS encryption and access controls to protect this site and the systems we use to handle enquiries. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to reduce risk.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children.
